James E. Edmunds II receives “A” Rating from the National Rifle Association

Halifax:  The National Rifle Association (NRA) Political Victory Fund has announced its endorsement of James E. Edmunds III for the 60th District seat in the Virginia House of Delegates.

“You have been recognized as being a pro-Second Amendment, pro-hunting candidate who supports firearm owners and sportsmen in Virginia,” said Andrew Jennison, Virginia State Liaison for NRA-ILA State & Local Affairs.  “Your “A” rating is based upon your exemplary service as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates and your firm pledge to support and uphold the Second Amendment rights of Virginia’s citizens.  I look forward to continuing to work with Mr. Edmunds to advance the interests of Virginia’s law-abiding firearm owners and sportsmen.”

Delegate Edmunds stated, “As a member of the NRA, I view the Second Amendment as one of the most important principals of freedom in our country. I believe that we should protect the right of a citizen to bear arms and safeguard that principle for our children’s future.”
